Yarn Analyser - QQM4
- represents further more
developed version of the instrument for yarn irregularity measurement based on
optical principle. It consists
of the „QQM“ microcomputer and QQM4 sensor.
This instrument has been primarily designed for the application in operational
conditions (without necessary conditioning of the yarn)and it makes possible to
analyse yarn quality very quickly and directly on the machine in
- especially its function INDICATOR has been highly appreciated,
which makes possible to detect wrongly working spinning unit based on CV% value
measured from 10 m long section of the yarn. For more detailed information
regarding yarn quality (CV%, U%, thin place, thick places, neps, CV% short
terms, spectrogram) it is necessary to measure a longer yarn section (50 – 300
m). The operator can decide whether to measure necessary length of the yarn
directly on the machine under operational speed (nondestructive testing) or to
use the electronic reel with the speed of 150 m/min (destructive test). The
facts that the test can be made very quickly and on a yarn section which has
already been measured represent the main advantages.„
- QQM“ is a microcomputer destined for the purpose of
collection, processing and storage of measured data given by sophisticated
optical sensor QQM4. .
